Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept all major credit cards. If you are shopping from the outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Our web site is FULLY SECURE, so your card details remain safe.


When you order, we will require your name, e-mail address, credit / debit card number and card expiry date.
Without this information we will not be able to process your order or notify you of acceptance
of your order.

A contact telephone number is required so that we may contact your urgently if there is a problem with your order.

Delivery for some items can take up to 6-8 weeks, this will be confirmed when the order is placed.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy
We guarantee the quality of our products and are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase.

However should you require a refund or exchange, we are happy to make a refund or exchange and only ask that you phone us so that we can give you a return code and RETURN THEM UNUSED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. UNLESS FAULTY, GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN A SALEABLE CONDITION. Goods must be returned to us within 14 working days.

UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT ACCEPT ITEMS FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF THEY HAVE BEEN DAMAGED IN THE WASH.

WE REGRET WE CANNOT OFFER A REFUND ONCE THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN OPENED AND USED.

Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, its use in the case of skincare.

If there is any defect in the product on receipt, once opened, then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time. Please phone us to provide you with a return code.


Every care has been taken to ensure that the description and specification are correct at the time of going to print. However while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a very slight variation in the actual goods may occur.

IMPORTANT
If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference.

If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment is needed. However P&P charges in this case will not be refunded.

Replacement items for damaged goods only, will be sent to you free of P&P charges, once the damaged item has been recieved.

Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item the purchaser will be informed.

Goods will only be refunded once the products are recieved at the warehouse.
We advise you to keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

It is recommended to send the goods Recorded Delivery, but we regret we cannot refund this charge.
